Return Policy

General Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Be in its original packaging; and
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@revelomoto.co.za. Returns must be arranged through Courier Guy, PUDO, or a similar courier service approved by us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Where a return relates to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Please contact us before sending any item back, as returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Warranty

Most products are supplied with a 1-year or 2-year limited warranty, depending on the product. Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.

Where a product fails due to a covered defect, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise provide an appropriate remedy.

Warranty claims are assessed fairly and on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Intentional abuse or misuse;
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations;
  • Improper installation contrary to provided instructions; or
  • Issues unrelated to a defect in the product itself.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Limitation of Liability

Our products are tested and supported, and we are committed to assisting customers with proper installation and use. However, we cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from:

  • Incorrect or unsafe installation;
  • Use contrary to our instructions or recommendations;
  • Modifications or adaptations not approved by us; or
  • Damage arising from misuse or use outside the intended application.

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Technical Service & Support

Technical support forms part of our service offering, and we are happy to assist customers with product-related guidance and troubleshooting.

While we aim to provide reasonable support to all customers, support services are provided on a fair-use basis, and we reserve the right to limit extended one-on-one assistance where necessary.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective;
  • The item is damaged in transit; or
  • You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty and covered under warranty:

  • Special-order or custom-order items;
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases; and
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (subject to return approval) and place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
